The Challenge: The headquarters had already undergone a major interior renovation, but the existing concrete roof deck required a roofing solution that would not risk damaging the structure below.
The Solution: Pillar Roofing recommended a fully adhered Carlisle 60-mil TPO system rather than mechanically fastening through the concrete deck. The system included new insulation, custom parapet details and fully adhered waterproofing throughout.
The Result: The completed roof became the crowning piece of the building’s transformation, protecting the renovated headquarters and helping preserve its future in downtown Fort Worth.

Tuscan Style comes to Dallas.
After reviewing an extensive selection of styles and colors, they chose GAF Limited Edition Sienna shingles in Charcoal. Sienna’s patented design features an unusual diamond-shaped exposure that creates a repeating triangular pattern across the roof, producing an elegant, Old World European appearance reminiscent of custom slate.

This new-construction project in McKinney, Texas, features a custom bronze standing-seam metal roof with numerous intersecting roof sections, valleys, hips, gables, and transitions; it was one of the most technically demanding roofs Pillar Roofing has completed.
The finished roof demonstrates the Precision and Craftsmanship required for a standing-seam system of this complexity.

Before Pillar Roofing, Steve Monahan worked high-end restaurant service featuring tableside flambé, fine wine, and formal presentation.
Steve always enjoyed the art of drawing, and was trained in Silicon Valley as an electromechanical draftsman and technical illustrator. Next, he also spent several years representing products that required him to develop the confidence and communication skills that continue to serve him today.
A friend kept asking Steve to take a look at this roofing sales business that he had just started doing. He was reluctant at first, but once he saw the opportunity to combine service, technical precision, and personal communication, he jumped in headfirst.
Three unlikely skills — service, precision, and presence — became the foundation of Pillar Roofing.
