A healthy roof doesn't happen by accident—it stays healthy through routine care. Just as your doctor performs regular checkups to catch small problems before they become serious, our Pillar RoofCare Coordinator visits your property twice each year to inspect the roof's overall health.

We clear debris from drains, gutters, and water flow paths, examine flashings, curbs, penetrations, seams, and rooftop equipment, and verify that water is draining as designed.

By identifying and correcting minor issues early, we help prevent leaks, extend the life of your roofing system, reduce costly emergency repairs, and "keep your roof performing at its best until the day replacement is truly necessary".

Every Visit, Documented

Once your Pillar Roofing Coordinator has signed off on your building's maintenance visit, the owner will receive a roof inspection report explaining any deficiencies that we recommend be repaired.

Before & After photographs are included with your final invoice, giving you visual proof of exactly what issues were found and corrected.

It creates a permanent record for your building’s maintenance files—and gives owners and property managers confidence that the work was completed properly.
