About Pillar Roofing
Your Pillar Roofing Concierge serves as your single point of contact throughout the entire residential roofing process. From start to finish, the initial inspection, roof system selection, scheduling crews, coordinating material deliveries, dumpsters, and protecting your property, every detail is carefully managed. You receive regular updates throughout the project.
Pillar Roofing has installed every type of residential roof system over the past 25 years, and our focus has always been to do things the right way, not the fastest way.
We strip the roof down to the raw wood deck and reinstall it with new ice and water shield, synthetic moisture barrier, and new flashing as needed. We ensure your attic's ventilation is properly set up to allow your new roof to breathe. Perform an attic safety check before and after construction.
That thorough approach is what gives us the confidence to offer a lifetime warranty on our workmanship.

About Pillar Roofing
Your Pillar Roofing Concierge will start the inspection early before the day’s intense heat makes the shingles hot, soft, and difficult to navigate safely.
Small roof damage rarely stays small. Bruised, torn, or lifted shingles allow water to penetrate the roofing system, often without immediately showing signs inside the home. Addressing damaged shingles early is one of the most cost-effective ways to prevent extensive interior repairs and protect your home's structural integrity.

About Pillar Roofing
Your Pillar Roofing Concierge starts residential roof inspections early whenever possible — before the day’s intense heat reaches the roof.
Asphalt shingles can become extremely hot as the sun climbs, causing them to soften and become more pliable. That can make walking the roof more difficult and less comfortable, while also making it harder to carefully inspect every area without unnecessarily disturbing the shingles.
An early-morning inspection gives our Concierge a cooler, safer, and more controlled environment to evaluate your roof. It allows us to take our time looking for storm damage, lifted or damaged shingles, compromised flashing, ventilation concerns, and other conditions that may not be obvious from the ground.
Whether you're calling us after a hailstorm, you've noticed something that doesn't look right, or you're simply unsure about the condition of your roof, we'd rather inspect it carefully than rush through it in the afternoon heat.
That's why, when conditions and scheduling allow, we prefer to get on your roof early.

About Pillar Roofing
When a roof is too steep or unsafe to walk on, your Pillar Roofing Concierge will launch the inspection drone, allowing us to complete a thorough inspection without putting anyone at unnecessary risk.
High-resolution aerial photography captures the same important details we would document while walking the roof—damaged shingles, failing pipe jacks, drainage concerns, flashing defects, and other imperfections.

Get clear guidance, honest advice, and a smooth path to the right roofing solution for your home.
Your Pillar Roofing Concierge guides you from the initial assessment through the final walkthrough, explains the construction process, organizes roofing documentation, and keeps you informed. Coverage and claim decisions remain with you, your insurance company, or a licensed public adjuster.1. Understanding Your Insurance Coverage

Before filing a claim, review your policy and declarations page. Coverage varies, but policies may cover sudden damage caused by hail, wind, lightning, fire, or falling debris. Gradual wear, poor maintenance, and cosmetic conditions may be excluded.
RCV (Replacement Cost Value): The cost to repair or replace covered property with comparable new materials, subject to policy terms and your deductible.
ACV (Actual Cash Value): The value of covered property after depreciation.
Deductible: The portion of a covered loss you are responsible for paying.
Exclusions: Provisions that limit coverage or add protection, including cosmetic-damage clauses and ordinance-or-law coverage.
Keep records of previous roofing work, maintenance, and pre-storm photographs when available.
Record the date, time, and weather event. Photograph visible exterior damage, interior water stains, and damaged property before cleanup or permanent repairs. Make only reasonable temporary repairs needed to prevent additional damage, keep receipts, and follow your insurer’s instructions.
Your Concierge can provide measurements, condition photographs, and construction-scope recommendations for the insurer’s review.
Notify your insurer promptly with your policy number, date of loss, and description of the damage. Record the claim number, adjuster’s contact information, required documents, and any deadlines.
Your Concierge can attend the adjuster’s inspection to identify visible construction damage and provide measurements and photographs. After the insurer issues its report, we can compare the construction scope with our findings, explain roofing line items, and provide estimates, invoices, and supporting construction documentation.
Coverage decisions and claim negotiations remain between the homeowner and insurer or a licensed public adjuster.Common next steps:
Our Team will review the adjuster's report with you and help decipher the line items. The adjuster's report is key to the process; once reviewed, we schedule and implement a restoration plan within the homeowner's time frame.
The Team reviews the adjuster’s report alongside our inspection findings and proposed construction scope. We can provide measurements, photographs, estimates, invoices, and other supporting documentation for the insurance company’s review. Coverage decisions and claim negotiations remain between the homeowner and the insurance company or a licensed public adjuster.
Supplement Documentation:
Your Pillar Roofing Concierge can attend the adjuster’s inspection to identify visible construction damage and provide measurements, photographs, estimates, invoices, and other supporting documentation. Coverage decisions and claim negotiations remain between the property owner and the insurance company or a licensed public adjuster.
Once the work is authorized and the roofing agreement is completed, your Concierge coordinates:
Required permits and municipal inspections
Protection for landscaping, driveways, windows, and exterior property
Removal of existing roofing and inspection of the roof decking
Necessary decking repairs
Underlayment and ice-and-water protection in vulnerable areas
Proper flashing, ventilation, drip edge, and selected roofing materials
Installation according to manufacturer requirements and local codes
Debris removal, magnetic nail sweeps, and final cleanup
Final walkthrough, photographs, and completed-project documents
Most residential roof replacements take approximately one to three working days, depending on roof size, complexity, repairs, and weather.
You pay your deductible directly to Pillar Roofing. Your insurer issues approved funds according to your policy, sometimes through payments made jointly to you and your mortgage company.
At completion, your Concierge provides the final invoice, applicable manufacturer and workmanship warranty documents, before-and-after photographs, permit sign-offs, a maintenance guide, and any construction documents needed for remaining approved payments.
When applicable to a qualifying complete residential re-roof, Pillar Roofing’s transferable limited lifetime workmanship warranty reflects our commitment to the completed work.
How long does the process take?
Adjuster scheduling may take days or weeks. Once approved and scheduled, most residential roof replacements take one to three working days. Major storms can extend the overall timeline.
Do I have to choose Pillar Roofing?
No. You have the right to select your contractor. Choose a properly insured, established local roofer familiar with construction documentation and insurance-related projects.
Can repairs begin before the adjuster visits?
Document the damage and follow your insurer’s instructions. Emergency measures may be needed to prevent additional loss, but permanent repairs should generally wait until the property has been inspected.
From the initial inspection through the final walkthrough, your Pillar Roofing Concierge keeps the project organized and keeps you informed.

Reviews
Real feedback on roof repairs, replacements, and service you can count on.
“Pillar Roofing replaced my roof and gutters last month and they did an excellent job. Steve and George are awesome! They were very quick to respond and answer any questions that we had. I highly recommend Pillar if you need a new roof!!”
“Can’t recommend Pillar Roofing enough! Steve and Wayne came out within a day of my talking to them, took their pictures and came back with several bid offers, everything from a full rebuild to simply minimal patching. We went with the middle road of doing a liquid TPO, which they got done in record time, and hauled off all their materials. No leaks on that project since, and we had them back out for another roof that started leaking after that terrible 2022 north Texas rainstorm. Same story, record time for the bid, and they got it done with no hassle on our end. Highly recommended! John Lee Harrison- The Armstrong Foundation”
“Pillar Roofing roofing has responded quickly to our requests and I have to admit that they've done an excellent job given very tight time constraints we recommend pillar roofing for any of your needs commercial or residential.”
